Combat Injury Prompt
When the meter confirms a normal PvP defeat, the injury flow can offer choices that fit the recorded attack type. Melee, knife, and gun defeats can therefore show different appropriate options.

Combat injuries are player-selected roleplay consequences that are stored in the Trenchport cloud and connected to the medical system. They can come from a confirmed PvP defeat, surrender, a player choosing an RP injury on purpose, or a hospital finding supported by the scene.
Trenchport does not randomly force a permanent injury onto a character. When an injury event is available, the player chooses a fitting injury from the active cloud catalog. The chosen injury is then saved as an active medical injury until it is treated through self care or resolved through hospital care.

The system provides appropriate options; the player decides which injury best fits the scene.
Combat and RP injuries use their own medical records and are not part of the automatic illness exposure system.
Serious injuries recommend hospital RP, but players may use the matching self-care supply when that is the RP path they want.
The system supports combat consequences without forcing every injury to come from combat.
When the meter confirms a normal PvP defeat, the injury flow can offer choices that fit the recorded attack type. Melee, knife, and gun defeats can therefore show different appropriate options.
A normal surrender can also open the injury choice flow. This allows a player who ends the fight early to still record a fitting consequence from the scene without pretending the system chose the injury for them.
Players can use RP → Injuries to browse the current player-assignable injury catalog and deliberately add an RP injury that did not come from a defeat or surrender. This is useful for accidents, off-meter fights, story injuries, or scenes where the injury happened through normal RP.
This list is loaded directly from the same cloud catalog used by the HUD and hospital. When an injury is added, changed, disabled, or given a different self-care item in the cloud, this page updates automatically.
Once an injury has been saved, it appears in your active injury list until it is treated.
The required supply is controlled per injury by the live cloud catalog. Check the injury cards above or your HUD for the current item. Some injuries intentionally have no self-care supply, keeping hospital treatment meaningful for more serious or specialized injuries.
Hospital staff can see a patient's active injuries through the guided medical flow. After examination and testing, staff can also add a catalog injury when the RP findings support it. Hospital treatment can then resolve the selected active injuries and link them to the medical visit record.
