Pregnancy System

This page explains how pregnancy risk is recorded, when testing becomes available, how term length works, what happens after a positive result, and how the hospital system supports pregnancy care.

Private roleplay system overview

How the Pregnancy System Works

Pregnancy must be enabled by both players, and the encounter must involve compatible Female + Male pregnancy roles. After a confirmed sexual encounter, the system stores a pregnancy risk based on protection and waits for the testing window instead of deciding the result immediately.

Pregnancy risk is stored after the encounter, then resolved later through the testing system once the 3-day waiting window has passed.
Both players must enable it

Pregnancy is optional and private. If one player has it off, pregnancy evaluation does not begin.

Compatible roles are required

The encounter must involve compatible Female + Male pregnancy roles for a pregnancy risk to be recorded.

The result waits for testing

The system stores the risk after the encounter and does not confirm pregnancy until a Pregnancy Test is taken.

Protection & risk

Pregnancy Risk

After a confirmed sexual encounter, the system records a stored pregnancy chance based on protection used during that encounter.

Birth Control Only2%

Condom + Birth Control0.5%
Important: You do not become pregnant immediately when the encounter ends. The stored chance simply waits for the Pregnancy Test step.
Waiting period

The 3-Day Window

  • For the first 3 days after the encounter, there are no pregnancy symptoms and a test cannot be taken.
  • After 3 days, the Female player may receive a vague message such as nausea or unusual fatigue.
  • Those messages do not confirm pregnancy. They only mean enough time has passed for testing.
  • When a Pregnancy Test is taken, the system rolls the stored chance and determines whether the result is Positive or Negative.
Roleplay term selection

Pregnancy Length

Players can choose their preferred RP pregnancy length before becoming pregnant. If a pregnancy is confirmed, the due date is calculated from the original encounter using the selected term.

The selected term can also be changed during a pending or confirmed pregnancy, which recalculates the due date.

Testing outcome

After a Positive Test

A positive result activates the pregnancy system and starts its three progression stages. Each stage includes RP symptoms together with gradually increasing Hunger, Hydration, and Stamina effects.

Early Pregnancy

Beginning stage with the earliest pregnancy-related symptoms and mild needs impact.

Middle Pregnancy

Midterm stage with stronger symptoms and increased needs pressure over time.

Late Pregnancy / Due Window

Final stage leading into the due window and eventual delivery through RP or hospital care.

Medical system support

Hospital Care

Pregnancy can continue through the Trenchport Hospital system for testing and ongoing care.

Pregnancy Tests

Hospital staff can provide testing once the testing window is available.

Prenatal Checkups

Routine appointments, care plans, and ongoing prenatal support can be documented through medical records.

Ultrasounds & Monitoring

Ultrasounds, fetal monitoring, lab work, and follow-up care can all be part of the hospital RP flow.

Delivery

Confirmed pregnancies can move through the hospital system toward delivery and aftercare.
